This Privacy Policy informs users and Google Play review teams regarding how our mobile application handles user information, preserves data security, and respects privacy rights under Google Play Developer Policies and applicable data protection regulations (including India's DPDPA).

1. Nature of the Application

Nirmaladevi Care is a specialized B2B industrial chemical trading catalog, quotation inquiry builder, and chemical dilution calculation tool for ceramic factories, chemical dealers, and laboratory chemists in Morbi, Gujarat, and across India.

2. Data We Collect and Process

We do not collect personal data secretly or track users in the background. Data is processed strictly when initiated by the user:

• Commercial Quotation Inquiries: When drafting a quotation, you may enter your factory/company name, delivery location, phone number, and chemical quantities.
• Direct Voluntary Communications: When you contact our sales and support team via WhatsApp, Phone Call, or Email, your message content and phone number/email address are received solely to process your business inquiry.
• Chemical Calculator Inputs: Solution dilution formulas ($C_1 V_1 = C_2 V_2$) and Mass-to-Volume conversions are processed 100% on your local device. No calculation telemetry is uploaded to remote servers.

3. Use of Information

We use information provided by you strictly for legitimate commercial purposes:

• To prepare and issue official chemical price quotations, proforma invoices, and dispatch schedules.
• To coordinate logistics for road tanker, IBC tank, carboy (35kg/50kg), and bag deliveries.
• To provide technical purity specifications (CP, Tech, Food Grade) and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Disclosure

We do NOT sell, rent, monetize, or disclose your personal or commercial data to any third-party advertisers, brokers, or data aggregators. Data is transmitted only through user-selected external communication apps (such as WhatsApp, default Android Email client, or Phone dialer).

5. Device Permissions

• android.permission.INTERNET: Required only to trigger external links (WhatsApp quotation dispatch, Google Maps factory navigation, and customer support emails).

6. Data Retention & Deletion

7. Children's Privacy

Our app is an industrial B2B enterprise utility not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
